When I go out to shop for clothing for myself or my children I'm always looking for a deal. Nowadays your money can only stretch so far. If your on a tight budget like me every penny counts. When I go shopping I do the following:
- Go online to print store coupons, you can try sites like RetailMeNot or Coupon Cabin for printable coupons and online coupon codes.
- Next shop the CLEARANCE racks first. You'll be surprised what deals you can find.
Purchased at Babies R Us for $1.00 each- When your at the register to pay ask the cashier if they have any coupons. I did this at JCPenney and my daughter's christening gown was $70.00 the cashier had a 20% coupon and final price $56.00. I've tried this at A.C. Moore, Michael's, Macy's, JCPenney, etc... You should never be afraid to ask for a discount. The worse they can say is no but at least you asked.
- Also if you live near an outlet try shopping there as well. I love carter's clothes, because you can wash them over and over and they do not shrink or deteriorate. In February, I visited the Wrentham Outlets in Massachuesetts. Well I got oneies for $2.99 and outfits for $2.99 and $3.99. I also used my coupon I printed for Carter's and I got 20% off a $40.00 purchase. Yippy :)

There are always deals out there in the stores. It is up to you to find them. If you have any deals or tips share them with me. I love when I find a steal on something that I have been wanting its the best feeling.
