I discovered Patch Products "Chrono Bomb" game at the Toys, Tots, Pets & More (TTPM) event. I actually got a chance to try it out for myself and had a blast. The demonstration at the event was a small obstacle course. The string represents a laser beam that you can't touch and weave yourself through the maze crawling under or going over the string picking up the mission and gear cards.   You set the time and have to collect all the cards before the bomb goes off. You can set the clamps low or high anyway you want.

I knew my son would have a fun time playing with it. Aidan wanted to be a super spy and I got the Chrono Bomb Super Agent Edition to review for his first mission.  Already a top best selling game in France and has now made it to the United States. Currently an Award Winner for the "Mom's Choice Award" and "Tillywig Award Winner - Sterling Fun 2015" to name a few.

At the end of the maze, the bombs ticking counting down you have to hurry carefully not to touch the string or you get an additional 20 seconds added to the time. This is when it is set in CHRONO MODE. You need to make it to the end and defuse (turn off) the bomb and you become a hero or if you lose you can restart it again as its only a game.

You can play over and over again building a new course each time and trying to beat your old score. It also has a free app that you can download for your phone.  The bomb requires three AAA batteries which are not included and comes in a sturdy storage/travel case so you can take the missions on the go.

Special Agent Edition Features:

Spy Storage/Travel Case
10 Cards (8 Gear Cards & 2 Mission Cards)
4 Standard Clamps,
Reel Clamp,
Sensor Clamp,
Sensor, Bomb,
Directions/Rules

My son had a lot of fun playing it. He didn't want to stop. I should make that obstacle course in his room so he can pick up his clothes. 😊 This is a great fun activities for kids and adults. A fun time had for the entire family. It's a great office party game as adults we can be very competitive. It makes the perfect birthday and holiday gift.

  9. This sounds like fun. I like kids toys that require a little physical action- not just something that makes noise or is a techie game. My kids would enjoy this when they're a little older.
