Anita’s Lasagna


  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped to small pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons ground oregano
  • 1 package of Goya Sazon Accent
  • 2 teaspoons of Goya Adobo
  • 1 bottle Ragu Meat Sauce
  • 1 baking pan
  • 1 box of lasagna noodles
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages shredded mozzarella cheese
  • silver foil


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large saucepan, combine ground beef, oregano, onion, sazon accent, adobo and garlic. Cook over medium heat until meat is browned and crumbled; drain.
Return meat to pan and add bottle of Ragu Meat Sauce and mix together.
Place Lasagna in water in pot and bring to boil.  Once cooked start placing lasagna in pan spreading evenly. Next spread 1/3 of meat in pan, sprinkle in shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Repeat layers, cover with silver foil.

Bake 45 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bake 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.

  3. this looks like a PERFECT recipe for the freezer...i would probably add in a layer of thinly shredded zucchini or chopped spinach to make it even more nutritious!!
